Six bedrooms over two floors — two down, four up — sleeping twelve. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath and an electric shower, with the W.C. and wash hand basin in a separate room next door; downstairs the same arrangement again.

The kitchen is the largest on the farm: a range cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, with a small seating area and the dining room next door. The lounge has an electric fire, a flat screen TV with Freeview and free wi-fi.
